Terms of Service

What we provide

Rival Eclipse ("we") provides Discord bots, web apps, dashboards, and custom development services. Free tiers are provided as-is; paid plans and custom work follow the written quote or plan terms you agreed to.

Your account

• One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure.
• Pairing Discord is required because our dashboards manage your Discord servers.
• Don't abuse the services — spam, harassment, or attempts to break other users' setups get accounts suspended.

Billing

• Each app bills separately. Subscribing, trialing, or cancelling one app never affects another.
• Bundle packages cover several apps under one payment; cancelling a bundle ends access to everything in it.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us within 14 days of a charge.

Custom development

• Work starts after you approve a fixed-price written quote. You own 100% of the finished code, designs, and assets on final payment.
• Milestones are approved by you as we go; major scope changes get a new quote.

Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the issue.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email, Discord user ID and username, passkey credentials (public key only — we never see your biometrics).
• Usage: which dashboards you open and per-server settings you configure, so the products work.
• Billing: processed by Stripe — we store subscription status per app, never your card numbers.
• Dev requests: what you submit in request forms, used to quote and build your project.

What we don't do

• No selling your data. No ads based on it.
• Bot telemetry is hashed/aggregated where stated (e.g. Bouncer scam fingerprints) — raw message content isn't stored for those features.

Your rights

Ask for a copy or deletion of your data any time via the contact form. Deleting your account removes your personal data; per-server bot settings may persist until removed from the server.

Cookies

One essential cookie (re_session) keeps you signed in across *.rivaleclipse.dev. No tracking cookies.

Legal

Operated by Autistic Intelligence (A.I.) Software Providers. These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, USA. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
